These remanufactured turbos are identical to the original part but save valuable resources. Our 25 employees in this centre are trained several times a year directly by the original manufacturers. This gives dealers and workshops access to training by professional instructors. They are functionally equivalent to the original part saving valuable resources and thus reducing the environmental impact. To realize this sustainable process, we have to collect used turbochargers. Each turbo is then analysed at our competence centre in Germany to ensure that as much material as possible is reused. In an elaborate process, the parts are cleaned and remanufactured. Industrially remanufactured turbochargers are a low-cost, high-quality alternative for engines at the end of their life cycle and for price-sensitive segments.
